Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.  

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.  
- To start a return, contact us at salefnlux@gmail.com with your order number.  
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.  
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
