Q. Are your watches and jewelry water-resistant?

Ans.  Most of our watches have a water-resistance rating of at least 3ATM (splash-proof). For our jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions to maintain the brilliance of the finish. Detailed care instructions and specific ATM ratings are listed on each individual product page.

Q. What materials are used in your jewelry pieces?

Ans. At fnlux, we prioritize quality and skin safety. Our jewelry is typically crafted from high-grade materials such as 316L stainless steel, 14k or 18k gold plating, and sterling silver. All our pieces are hypoallergenic and lead-free to ensure comfortable daily wear.

Q. Do the watches come with a warranty?

Ans. Yes! We stand behind our craftsmanship. All fnlux watches come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers internal movement defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, battery replacements, or accidental damage to the glass or strap.

Q. How do I adjust the size of my watch band or bracelet?

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Ans. We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey to your door.
